REFUND POLICY

We honor all purchases for up to three years. If the customer has not taken reasonable action to schedule a date within that timeframe, they forfeit their purchase. It is expected that communication be initiated 6 months prior to the end of the allowed time period for proper scheduling. Purchases are transferable to another adult if the customer finds they are not able to commit to or complete the purchased session.
